Important for Current Freeze Dryer Owners: Before purchasing the Wi-Fi Adapter, please verify your freeze dryer’s model. Only the Harvest Right PRO freeze dryer is compatible with Wi-Fi and the new version 6.0 software, due to hardware limitations.
To identify if you have a PRO model, check the number of shelves:
Small: 4 shelves
Medium: 5 shelves
Large: 6 shelves
X-Large: 7 shelves
If you're unsure of your freeze dryer’s size, look at the serial number on the back (e.g., P-MTF indicates a medium). Still not sure? Feel free to contact Customer Service for assistance.
To find your software version on your freeze dryer:
- Turn on the freeze dryer.
- Locate the software version in the top right corner of the home screen. If you are currently running 5.4 or 5.5 software, you are eligible for the upgrade.
Compatible: Versions 5.4.x and 5.5.
Not Compatible: Versions 5.0.x, 5.1.x, or 5.2.x
