Bosch & Nutrimill Artiste Stainless Steel Bowl
The MUZ6ER1 stainless steel bowl has a European dough hook built into the bottom of the bowl. It does NOT have a center column and cannot be used with standard dough hook, whips, or paddles. This stainless steel bowl does not lock onto the mixer, but it will work with all Universal mixers.
- Bowl capacity: 6.5 quarts or 12 lbs dough
- Removable drive shaft for an easy cleanup
- Includes European dough hook (bottom of the bowl) and 2-piece pouring shield with lid.
- Not compatible with the standard dough hook, whips, or cookie paddles
Please note – there are 3 different stainless steel bowls for Bosch Mixers:
- MUZ6ER1 with a European dough hook; NO center column; not compatible with standard dough hook, whips, or paddles
- MUZ6ER2 with center column; locks onto the base of Universal Plus Bosch mixer only
- MUZ6SB4 with center column; does NOT lock onto the base; fits both Universal and Universal Plus mixers
Note: this bowl also fits the Nutrimill Artiste.
