The Super Angel Extracting Screen Housing is for juicing soft fruits or vegetables such as citrus, grapes, strawberries, cucumbers, etc. It is exactly the same as the Standard Screen Housing in shape but with bigger holes. Note: this allows small amounts of pulp in the juice. Made of SUS-304 High-Quality Food Grade Stainless Steel.
Difference between Food-Grade and Surgical-Grade Stainless Steel
- Chemical Composition of Stainless Steel Alloy
- SUS-304 (Food grade): Chromium 18%, Nickel 8%
- SUS-316 (Surgical grade): Chromium 16%, Nickel 10%, Molybdenum 2%,
- SUS-316 surgical-Grade Stainless Steel is more resistant to sea salt, seawater, and de-icing salts.
- NOTE: the two grades of stainless steel described above are safe, won't leach, won't react with food, and won't rust.
