Commercial grain flakes are steam cooked and heat dried to preserve them. When pressing your own flakes, you're getting them fresh and raw with all the delicate essential oils and life energy of the seed. The KoMo FlocMan delivers 3-1/2 ounces of beautiful fresh oat flakes per minute, and is super quiet. Suitable for all types of grain except corn, as well as crushing oil seeds and spices. Tapered stainless steel rollers mounted in a lovely sculpted housing of solid beechwood. Easy to clean too, as a simple twist removes the housing. Need more?
