Simply slide the stainless steel bowl over the center column of your mixing bowl, add ingredients inside the container, and place ice and rock salt in between the stainless steel container and your plastic mixing bowl. Lock the stir lid in place and turn on speed 2 for 20 minutes. Makes 1.5 quarts.
