This is the STANDARD DRY GRAIN AUGER SHAFT w LOCKING ADJUSTMENT KNOB The shaft is now made of stainless steel. The auger spiral is made of composite alloy. This new auger is much more aggressive than the old grain auger, allowing for grinding speeds of about 1 1/4 cups of flour per minute.
